My experience with them was excellant, however there was a small glitch, they charged my credit card even though I had made payment by cash and then they paid me back, which resulted in loss of currency due to difference in forex values. Except for that the services is excellant

We booked for a 2 room studio, but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment at Golden Sands 10.
GS 10 is conveniently located opposite a Spinneys supermarket, McDonalds and a good cafe. Golden Sands has a good location in Bur Dubai, not far from the creek and easy access to Jumeirah.
The rooms are good value and clean. There is a swimming pool that appears to be unheated.
The only problem is the difficulty of getting a taxi. The staff are not interested in ordering a taxi for you. We walked 10 minutes to the main road to wait in a taxi queue each day. Then we waited at least 15 minutes for a taxi.
