Good location,and host gives you a general overview talk on Rome on arrival,quiet and relatively cheap for Rome,near bus stop outside..20 min slow walk to Vatican City,had back room quiet but no view,but nice view from breakfast room balcony,all in all good value,good value Chinese restaurant next door,and good value fast food cafe/takeaway on walk down to Vatican.only down side of Rome touts trying to sell tickets near every attraction

Abbiamo acquistato il soggiorno presso il B&B Filomena e Francesca tramite cofanetto Movebox.
Le premesse non erano state delle migliori in quanto vi erano state problematiche tra la struttura e Movebox. Per fortuna tutto è stato risolto prima del nostro arrivo a Roma.
B&B situato a poche centinaia di metri dai musei vaticani, ottima zona per l’utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici.
Il B&B ha 3 stanze arredate con il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno e con la possibilità di essere totalmente autonomi (in pratica sembra di stare a casa…)
I proprietari sono delle persone squisite che ci hanno indicato i mezzi pubblici da utilizzare per spostarci nelle varie zone di Roma.
Colazione con il giusto necessario per affrontare una intensa giornata di visite.
Sicuramente una location da tenere ben a mente per un futuro ritorno nella capitale.

Die Vermieter bieten drei wunderschöne, typisch italienische Zimmer mit Bad und teilw. Balkon im 9. Stock eines großen Hauses mit Fahrstuhl im Vatikan-Quartier. Ferner gibt es einen Aufenthaltsraum, von dem aus man auch auf den Balkon treten kann. Von hier hat man eine tolle Aussicht und einen Blick auf die Kuppel des Petersdoms. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus, Metro) sind nicht weit. Der persönliche Service der Vermieter ist großartig. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen.Tolle Besichtigungstipps erhalten. Alle Fragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gern wieder!

filomena is a lovely woman who gave us a warm welcome, her husband as well was welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, her English is good although our Scottish accents where probably harder for her to understand....the room was big and have plenty of storage, the street is central to Vatican (at the end of the road, granted it is a big road) friendly neighbor hood and felt very at ease, breakfast is basic but she makes a good coffee and there was plenty of choice. we would stay there again in a heart and it was great value for money. the city of rome is beautifull beyond words. This charming little B&B is on the top floor of an apartment building and has the greatest views! Just several blocks away from the Vatican, it was an easy walk to everything and I will definitely be staying here next time. Great hosts, cappuccinos were great, and the bedroom and en-suite bathroom was very clean and nice!
