Room was dusty and looked like it was seldom cleaned apart from change of bed sheet & towel. Shower in en suite bathrrom had no curtain so whole bathroom floor got wet after shower.
WC seat was faulty so had to sit on it whilst using one hand to prevent the seat cover from clamping down on my back.
For the price being charged, better to pay a little more and get a basic hotel room, especially if booking a double room. Hotel rooms in Taipei start around USD50 per night for a double room. At least you get a proper bathroom.
