I had booked a room approximatelt six months before my visit online at prices prevailing at that time.however,hotel had some issues regarding prices as my stay was during peak season.since,part payment was already made the hotel had to honour the booking.Onreaching i was given a room which could be called inferior in all respects.Although i had booked for three persons,the hotel refused normal courtesy of extra mattress.

the breakfast provided was ordinary to say the least.

i have been travelling for last 32 years all across the country and can say that it was my worst experience.
