The hotel staffs were really friendly.
The food is good too and you get to try different varieties of breakfast every morning.
I did enjoy my stay there

Pals Hotel has poor customer service. They are rude and misleading. Overall my experience with the hotel was extremely poor.

The service is friendly and always there for you when you buzz them. The food's o.k. Everything's cheap. The room is okay. Bedsheets have dry watermarks and walls are marked. But the waiters are very nice. Great airconditioning and the t.v works well, it's just hard to turn it on. The place is away from everything. It took 15 minute by taxi to get to the nearest atm bank machine. I like that this place was cheap and you could just relax all day and night. It's safe and secure and everything worked. There's hot water and you do get refills of toilet paper when you ask. They don't know much english but they try very hard to please you and get you what you want. The staff i really liked, they were all very helpful and nice. It's good enough for it's price.
