the staff didn't explain the room change even nor requested for my understanding of the change and the condition of the room was bad but the price change didn't occur. The air and cleanness of the bathroom were the worst. It was so small to take shower and hang the clothing and even always toilet was not cleaned, so hard to eat meals after using it. This hostel was the beginning of my travel, and it spoiled too. One thing to be appraised is the kindness of the staff with the guide of some spots I asked. But it was basic the hostel should get prepared but any other hostels, I didn't get mostly that kind of service. So strange travel. I was wondering how they've got the liscense of accomodation.

I am sorry, but I was very disappointed about hostel San Remo. We were going to have a delay two days so we called there to ask if they can keep our rezervation. Of course they said YES. But after our arrivel we had been told that our rezervation was canceled by someone.
At least their receptionest helped us to find another hotel-Argo. That one except of "smokey room" was ok.
