| Comments (English): I have been living here for over four months, and the only reason I did not move sooner was because I had some great room mates. However be aware, the owner can not be trusted! - He raises the rent whenever he wants (and just tells you, if you don't pay you can leave. He raised my rent with 1000 pesos one day before I had to pay for the next month) - I have been working in the field a lot, meaning that about a week a month I was not living in my room (I did pay for it and left my stuff) but one time when I came back, my room had been subrented! Without any warning, question or my permission! Please do not stay here, the owner can not be trusted, he has a huge ego and no social life, causing very boring and long monologues about his time Japan and how he speaks two Japanese words. He likes too much to become friends with you and go with you to restaurants and tell you stories. Follow the mail from Casa de la Vista. ------------------------------------------------------- Lo sentimos mucho pero este sistema nos han hecho reservaciones 3 veces y la gente nunca nos pago nada, asi que no aceptamos reservaciones indirectamente.
